PRESENTATION GENERALE
Située à Calopezzati dans le Golfe de Tarente, entre Rossano et Crotone, la maison est perchée sur une hauteur de presque 300 mètres.
Plus qu'une confortable résidence de vacances (100m² habitable), La Casa In Collina, sans aucun voisinage immédiat et préservée de toute nuisance par à une oliveraie privée
d'un hectare, est un véritable paradis, un havre de paix dominant la mer ionienne distante d'à peine 5 km. Du côté où elle surplombe l'oliveraie, la large terrasse qui
l'entoure offre un superbe panorama sur la mer et le golfe de Tarente mais également sur la campagne environnante agréablement accidentée où, ça et là sur les pentes des
ravines, paissent chèvres et moutons avec, au loin, des chemins qui se croisent et des sentiers qui se perdent.
Accès:
A partir de l'aéroport de Naples, prendre l'autoroute en direction de Salerno puis toujours en direction de Reggio Calabria. Quitter l'autoroute à la sortie Sibari. Aller
jusqu'à Sibari par la E 844 puis, par la SS 106, en direction de Crotone et de Reggio Calabria, rejoindre Calopezzati après avoir passé Rossano et Mirto Crosia.
TARIFS DE LA LOCATION: de 500 à 850 euros semaine selon la période.
Dans les prix ci-dessus indiqués, les frais d'eau et d'électricité sont inclus, sauf en cas de consommation manifestement excessive de cette dernière due à une utilisation
abusive de la climatisation. A chaque arrivée et à chaque départ, le compteur électrique est relevé. 40 euros sont demandés en sus pour le ménage de fin de séjour. Ils sont à
payer sur place et en espèces le jour du départ.
Une caution de 200 euros est demandée à l'arrivée et rendue le jour du départ, à moins qu'elle ne serve, en tout ou en partie, à régler des dommages ou à payer une
consommation exagérée d'électricité.

Situated to Calopezzati in the Gulf of Taranto, between Rossano and Crotone, the house is perched on a height of almost 300 meters.
More than a comfortable cottage (100m² living space), La Casa In Collina, without any immediate neighbourhood and protected against any pollution with a private olive grove,
is a real small paradise, an haven of peace which overlooks the sea far away from just five kilometres. From the side where it overhangs the olive grove, the wide terrace
which arounds the house, offers a superb view on the sea and Taranto bay but also on the surrounding countryside pleasantly hilly, where, here and there, on the slopes
ravines, graze goats and sheep with, in the distance, paths which cross and tracks which vanish in the hills.
Access:
From the airport of Naples, to always take the highway in the direction of Salerno then in the direction of Reggio Calabria. To leave the highway at the Sibari exit. To go
until Sibari by the E 844 then, the SS 106, in the direction of Crotona and of Reggio Calabria, to join Calopezzati after having passed Rossano and Mirto Crosia.
RENTAL PRICES: From 500 to 850 euros per week according to the period.
In the prices indicated above, water and electricity expenses are included except in case of an evident excessive consumption of this last one due to an improper use of the
air conditioners.
Every arrival and every departure, the electric meter is collected. 40 euros are asked in addition to the renting price for the general cleaning at the end of the stay and

PRESENTATION GENERALE
Situata a Calopezzati nel golfo di Tarente, tra Rossano e Crotone, la casa è appollaiàta su un'altezza quasi di 300 metri.
Piu che una confortevole casetta (100m² abitabile), La Casa In Collina, senza alcun immediate vicinato e preservata da ogni nocività della vita urbana con un'oliveto private
d'1 ettaro, è uno vero piccolo paradise, un oasi di pace che sovrasta il mar Iono distante d'appena 5 kilometri. Del lato di dove strapiomba l'oliveto, l'ampio terrazzo che
circondala offer un panorama stupendo sul mare e sul golfo di Taranto ma anche sulla campania circonstanta dove, qua e là, sulle pendenze dei burroni, pascolano capre e pecore
con, in lontananza, cammini che si incrociano e sentieri che vanno perdendosi.
Accesso:
A partire dall'aeroporto di Napoli, prendere l'autostrada in direzione di Salerno quindi sempre in direzione di Reggio Calabria. Lasciare l'autostrada all'uscita Sibari.
Andare fino a Sibari con il E 844 quindi, con il SS 106, in direzione della Crotone e di Reggio Calabria, raggiungere Calopezzati dopo essere passato Rossano e Mirto
Crosia.
PREZZI DELLA LOCAZIONE: Da 500 a 850 euros a settimana secondo il periodo.
Nei prezzi qui sotto riportati, le spese d'acqua e d'elettricità sono inclusi, eccetto in caso d'una consumazione manifestamente eccesiva di questa conseguente
all'utilizzazione abusiva degli
climatizzatori. Ad ogni arrivo e ad ogni departo, il contatore elettrico è letto. 40 euros sono chiesti in piu per le pulizie di fine soggiorno e devono essere pagati in

PRESENTACIÓN GENERALA:
Situada a Calopezzati en el golfo de Taranto, entre Rossano y Crotone, la casa In se encarama sobre una altura casi de 300 metros.
Más que uno cómodos casas de campo (100m² habitables), la "Casa Collina", sin ningún vecindario inmediato y preservada de todo ruido por un olivar privado de una hectárea, es
un verdadero paraíso, un entorno de paz, dominando el mar jonio situado a apenas 5 km. Por el lado dando al olivar, la larga terraza que la rodea ofrece un panorama estupendo
al mar y al golfo de Tarente pero también al campo cercano agradablemente desigual donde, aquí y allá por las cuestas de las arroyadas, pacen cabras y borregos con, más lejos
caminos que se cruzan y senderos que se pierden.
Acceso:
A partir del aeropuerto de Nápoles, tomar la autopista en dirección de Salerno luego siempre en dirección de Reggio Calabria. Dejar la autopista a la salida Sibari. Llegar
hasta Sibari por el E 844 luego, por el SS 106, en dirección de Crotone y Reggio Calabria, juntar Calopezzati después de haber pasado a Rossano y a Mirto Crosia.
TARIFAS DEL ALQUILER: del 500 a 850 euros al semena segun el periodo.
En los precios arriba indicados, se incluyen ya los gastos de agua y de electricidad, excepto en caso de consumo claramente excesivo debido al uso abusivo del aire
acondicionado. A cada llegada y cada salida, el medidor de electricidad está apuntado. Se piden 40 euros encima por la limpieza del fin de estancia. Tienen que pagarlos
contente el día de la salida.
Se pide un anticipo de 200E cuando se reserva. Se pide a la llegada y se vuelve una fiaza de 200 euros el dia de la salida, a menos que sirva, total o parcialmente, para
regular daños o para pagar un consumo exagerado de electricidad.

Angesiedelt an Calopezzati im Golf von Tarent zwischen Rossano und Crotone wird das Haus auf einer Höhe von fast 300 Metern hochgestellt.
Mehr als eins komfortabel Urlaubwohnsitz (100m ² habitable), ordnete es In jeder Schädlichkeit von bewahrtes La Casa In Collina ohne ein unmittelbare Nachbarschaft und an
einem privaten Olivenhain eines Hektars ist ein echtes Paradies, ein Friedenshafen, der das kaum 5 km entfernte ionische Meer beherrscht. Von der Seite, wo sie den Olivenhain
überhängt, die breite Terrasse, die es umgibt Angebot ein prächtiges Panorama auf dem Meer und dem Golf von Tarent, aber ebenfalls auf dem angenehm ungleichen umliegenden
Land, wo, das und dort auf den Abhängen ausgewaschen Ziegen und Schafe mit an weit Wegen weiden, die sich kreuzen und Pfade, die sich verlieren.
Zugang:
Ausgehend vom Flughafen von Neapel die Autobahn in Richtung von Salerno dann immer in Richtung von Reggio Kalabrien zu nehmen. Die Autobahn am Sibari-Ausgang verlassen. Bis zu
Sibari durch E 844 dann durch SS 106 in Richtung von Crotone und von Reggio Kalabrien gehen, Calopezzati wieder treffen, nachdem Rossano und Mirto Crosia übergegangen zu
sein.
TARIFE DES MIETENS: Von 500 bis 850 euros nach den Perioden.
In den oben angegebenen Preisen werden die Wasser- und Elektrizitätskosten eingeschlossen, außer bei offensichtlich übermäßigem Verbrauch letzteren, der auf eine
missbräuchliche Benutzung der Klimatisierung zurückzuführen ist. Bei jeder Ankunft und bei jedem Start wird der elektrische Zähler wieder aufgerichtet. 40 Euro werden dazu für
den Aufenthaltsendhaushalt verlangt. Sie sind, den Tag des Starts vor Ort zu zahlen.
Eine Anzahlung von 200 Euro wird zum Zeitpunkt der Reservierung gefordert. Eine Kaution von 200 Euro wird von der Ankunft verlangt und wird am Tag des Starts zurückgegeben, es
sei denn, sie in allem dazu dient oder zum Teil, Schäden zu regulieren oder einen übertriebenen Elektrizitätsverbrauch zu zahlen.
